I’m taking you on an up close and personal journey of this painting. The Star." The central figure holds a water jug with the infinity symbol, representing the limitless flow of life. She is a representation of the universe, comprised of countless stars, planets, and galaxies. Five butterflies flutter around her, signifying a journey of transcendence and growth. I have chosen specific butterfly species, including the giant blue and Karcher butterfly, both of which were once thought to be extinct but have recently made a comeback, symbolizing hope and the impermanence of life. If you go look at the w video, you’ll see her face was actually built upon the flower or seed of life in sacred geometry, which makes her hauntingly beautiful to look at from many angles, I’ve illuminated her head, drawing the eye in to accent her divinity. The seven small orbs symbolize the seven chakras, while the large M six-pointed star signifies the duality of all things and the idea of "as above, so below."
